Only very loosely a "journal", this work actually appears to be a collection of loose sheets of parchment, each containing a random assortment of scribbled lists. Many of the lists seem to be simply names and locations; others seem to be in some sort of code. As a whole, the collection seems to be extremely old, and is really too delicate to examine exhaustively outside of a well-equipped scriptorium.
